Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 8, 2025

At Agent ProAssist, we are committed to providing high-quality AI-powered marketing, branding, and automation services to real-estate professionals.

Because our services include customized digital deliverables (e.g., branded posts, podcasts, and voice-cloned content), all purchases are generally non-refundable once work has begun. However, we value your satisfaction and will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • You cancel within 24 hours of purchase and no work or automation setup has started.

  • A duplicate payment or billing error occurs.

  • You were charged incorrectly due to a system or integration issue.

Non-refundable items:

  • Any completed custom content (videos, voice-overs, or posts).

  • Subscription periods already used in whole or in part.

  • Promotional or discounted plans (e.g., trial offers, limited-time bundles).

To request a refund, email support@agentproassist.com with your order details within 7 days of the charge. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Agent ProAssist subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting our support team.

Trial & Monthly Plans

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

  • Access to your content dashboard remains active until your cycle ends.

Annual Plans

  • You may cancel anytime; however, refunds are not issued after the first 30 days.

  • Within the first 30 days, cancellations are subject to review and may incur a 10 % administrative fee to cover setup costs.

Service Pause Option:
We understand real-estate cycles fluctuate. You may request to pause your subscription for up to 60 days once per year without penalty.
